1 cup 		fresh paneer cubes 
2 		red bell peppers 
½ tsp.  		red chili powder 
1 ½  tsp. 	coriander powder 
1 ½ 		chopped ginger 
1		1” piece ginger 
3-4 		garlic flakes 
1 		green chili chopped 
2 		tomatoes chopped 
pinch of fenugreek seeds 
1 Tbs. 		chopped cilantro 
½ tsp. 		salt 
4 Tbs. 		oil

                    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and sauté bell peppers - keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add crushed garlic. Fry till light brown. Add ground coriander powder and red chilly powder. Cook for half a minute. Add chopped ginger and green chili. Add tomatoes. and salt, stir fry for 5 minutes on low heat till oil separates. Add a pinch of fenugreek seeds and salt. Add paneer and red peppers. Cook for a few minutes. Add shredded ginger and cilantro. Mix well
